  • Valid ID
  • Purchase and sale agreement for the property, if already under contract
  • 2 months bank statements or PFS Statement
  • LLC or Corp documentation for the entity in which you will be vesting title.
  • Insurance policy quote for the property before closing
  • Contact information for your closing attorney or title company (We also have our preferred company as well)

Eligible Properties for Fix & Flip Loans

Single-Family

Single Family is classified as one to four-unit residential use dwellings including SFR, duplexes, triplexes, and quadplexes. At Savi Ranch Capital, we lend to real estate investors looking to purchase, refinance, fix and flip, or buy to fix it then rent it out.

Multi-Family

Multi-family is a classification of housing where multiple units (5+) for residential use are contained within one or more buildings within one community or complex. At Savi Ranch Capital, we will lend to real estate investors looking to purchase or refinance multi-family properties with loan amounts of $150,000 per door, LTC Lowers. 

Major Rehab Loans

 Major Rehab means rehabilitation that involves costs above 75 percent of the value of the building before rehabilitation.
