- Payments (Interest Only): Reserve or Monthly Payment

- LTV: 65% (Based on finished lot value)

- Borrower Experience: Similar projects in the last 3 years

- Payments (Interest Only): Reserve or Monthly Payment 

General Requirements

- All lending for investment purposes only

- Interest calculated on drawn balance

 - Construction draws based on inspection report

- No rural properties

- 1st Lien Position at all times

Borrower Requirements

  • No individuals. Must be an LLC or a Corporation
  • Minimum 660 credit scores
  • Reserve requirement: The Reserve calculation is based
  • upon 5% of the Committed Loan Amount
  • Personal Guarantee preferred: Limited Guarantee
  • on case-by-case basis
  • Must have similar experience in the last 5 years
